Pancreatic pseudocysts
Pancreatic pseudocyst with ductal communication treated by transpapillary pancreatic duct endoprosthesis in a 13-year-old female. After endoscopic sphincterotomy of the biliary and pancreatic sphincters a guidewire is introduced into the cystic cavity. A 7 Fr stent (arrows) is placed beyond the stricture.
