Choledochal cyst Type IV-A in a 6-year-old female with recurrent pancreatitis. An anomalous pancreatico-biliary union Type long Y. Stone in the pancreatic duct (arrow). After endoscopic sphincterotomy the pancreatic stone is removed with an occlusion balloon (arrowhead).
