Gastric carcinoma with gastrocolic fistula.A 55 year old male with anorexia for 3 months with rapid worsening in the previous 2 weeks with diarrhea, faeculent vomiting and rapid weight loss. Endoscopy showed a lesion consistent with gastric neoplasm in the posterior wall of stomach (body) with a central cavity exuding faeculent material. Biopsy consistent with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. Barium enema confirmed the fistula.
