Colo-vesical fistula.An 87 year old woman with recurrent urinary tract infections. These were found to be secondary to a colo-vesical fistula - which had developed as a result of diverticular disease.
The CT scan shows a large air-filled abscess cavity anterior to the bladder. The cavity is also filled with necrotic debris.
