Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS): duodenal withdrawal (2).
The position of the endoscope during successive stages of withdrawal is shown in Fig. 6.18, which also illustrates the plane of the EUS scans (blue circles). A typical higher scan, roughly corresponding with position 2 on Fig. 6.18, is shown in Fig. 6.22.
