Metastatic malignant melanoma.
A 35-year-old woman was referred for endoscopy for investigation of abdominal pain and weight loss. 8 years before, she had had a malignant melanoma excised from her shoulder.
Upper GI endoscopy showed two classic metastatic deposits of melanoma in the stomach and duodenum.
