Traceo-esophageal fistula.A 59-year old woman with a history of dysphagia and recent onset of a persistant cough. She coughed up after every meal and started to cough up food.
The contrast study shows a long strictured segment in the upper
esophagus. There is a tracheo-esophageal fistula with contrast
spilling into the upper airways.
