Biliary ascariasis.Biliary ascariasis in a 50-year-old woman. The patient presented with right upper quadrant pain, fever, and jaundice: (a) This longitudinal scan over the common duct shows a dilated common duct (10 mm) with an echogenic tubular structure within it (arrow). (b) There is an echogenic linear structure in the area of segment VI. (c) Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography shows a long tubular filling defect within the common duct (arrows). The bile duct of segment VI is not opacified.
