Bleeding duodenal ulcer.
A 63-year old man admitted with a haematemesis and malaena. He was
stablised and endoscoped. The endoscopy showed a chronic ulcer immediately beyond the pylorus. Blood clot was in the base. The ulcer was injected with adrenaline.
The duodenal lumen is at the bottom right of the photograph.
