Pancreatic pseudocyst.
An operative view showing the stomach reflected laterally and the
(blue-tinged) pseudocyst can be shown bulging through the lesser
omentum.
Comment: few pseudocysts now need open operative intervention, and those that require draining can be done percutaneously, endoscopically or laparoscopically.
