Stenosis of the celiac and inferior mesenteric arteries.
The diabetic patient has peripheral vascular disease and a non-functioning left kidney. The DSA (lateral projection) shows tight stenoses of the coeliac artery origin (long arrow) and of the IMA (short curved arrow). The SMA is virtually normal (arrowhead).
