Stomach pressing on normal spleen.
Inflation of the stomach causes compression of the soft stomach on the
spleen surface, and the apparent protrusion seen in this gastrosopy.
Deflation caused disappearance of the protrusion. Ultrasound proved that
this spleen was of normal size.
