A middle-aged man with severe acute pancreatitis. He exhibits the
physical signs associated with Cullen and Grey Turner - namely bruising
around the umbilicus (Cullen) and in the flanks (Grey-Turner). These
signs are due to the extravasation of haemolysed fluids into the
subcutaneous tissues. These two signs are uncommon.
