Acute pancreatitis complicated by pseudocyst formation.
On this spiral CECT a large, well-circumscribed, unilocular, fluid collection is seen to have accumulated in the lesser sac, with part of the body and tail of the pancreas visible posteriorly. There is marked anterior displacement of the stomach (containing gas) and attenuation of the duodenal loop.
