Carcinoma of the tail of the pancreas with liver metastases.There is a solid, low-attenuation, mass lesion in the tail of the pancreas extending into the hilum of the spleen. Approximately 12% of all pancreatic cancers are in the tail, 25% in the body and 50-60% in the head.
