Normal biliary tree, PTC.A bile-duct tributary has been punctured with a Chiba needle (open arrowhead) and contrast injected percutaneously. The normal intramural course of the distal end of the bile duct is shown. The normal spiral valve of Heister is also visible (arrow). Contrast is seen in the normally contracted duodenum.
