Multiple liver abscesses.
A 78-year-old female patient gave a history of nausea, vomiting and weight loss over several weeks. A spiral CECT shows multiple, interconnecting, low-attenuation lesions within the right lobe of liver, associated with considerable compression of the IVC (arrowheads). Pus was drained by percutaneous intervention.
