Colonic Crohn's disease complicated by localized stricture.
A recent colonoscopy of a female patient with a 2-year history of colonic Crohn's disease (positive biopsy) suggested a stricture involving the caecum. The DCBE shows a tight, eccentric, slightly irregular stricture proximal to the hepatic flexure.
