Crohn's disease complicated by complex rectovaginal fistulae.
The DCBE shows a grossly contracted and ulcerated rectum and distal sigmoid colon. Several penetrating rectal ulcers are visible (arrowheads). In addition, there are multiple interconnecting fistulae linking the lower rectum and anal canal with the vagina (arrows).
