A DCBE in a 70-year-old male patient with iron-deficiency anemia shows a 2.5 cm diameter sessile polypoid lesion (arrows) arising from the mesenteric aspect of the mid-sigmoid colon, with conspicuous indrawing of the base of the lesion. Malignancy was confirmed, and the lesion was treated by anterior colonic resection.
