Gastric carcinoma with metastatic spread.The chest X-ray shows numerous well-defined mass lesions within both lung fields, including one large lesion projected through the heart shadow at the left base, in keeping with pulmonary metastases. In addition, there is a well-defined supraclavicular mass lesion on the left side (Virchow's nodes) (Troisier's sign).
