Normal duodenal loop.
A DCBM in a subject with a horizontal stomach and posteriorly placed duodenal cap (bulb). The pyloric canal, seen end-on (arrow), should not be confused with an ulcer crater. The normal circular fold pattern of the second, third, and fourth parts is shown. This is not effaced by normal gaseous distension.
