The double-contrast barium swallow (DCBS) shows a moderate-sized hiatus hernia associated with a moderate stricture of the distal esophagus 6cm in length. Multiple tiny erosions are seen, one of which is indicated by the arrowhead, in keeping with peptic esophagitis.
