Colo-ureteric fistula, due to diverticular disease of colon.
This patient presented with pneumaturia. An intravenous pyelogram showed an obstructed left system with a small pool of contrast outside and adjacent to the left ureter at the level of the pelvic brim. A contrast enema was performed which showed a fistulous tract extending from the sigmoid colon. The underlying problem was diverticular disease.
