Gastric leiomyoma.The patient was admitted with a large gastrointestinal hemorrhage, due to ulceration at the apex of the leiomyoma. With large lesions (greater than 4 cm) resection is the appropriate management. The photograph shows that the lesion is based on the lesser curve of the stomach and extends into the lesser omentum.
