Gastric lymphoma.Patient admitted to emergency department with hematemesis. History of alcohol and IV drug abuse. Physical exam showed an enlarged liver, palpable cervical lymphnodes, in a pale, jaundiced patient. Endoscopy found a large deep ulcer with active bleeding, which stopped after epinephrine injection (left). Further investigation revealed HIV positive, hepatitis C positive patient with gastric lymphoma (right).
