Acute colitis associated with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.
A 59-year old man presented with an acute febrile illness, with bloody diarrhea and arthralgia. There was patchy inflammation throughout the transverse colon. The final diagnosis was Henoch-Schonlein purpura. fiogf49gjkf05
