Peptic ulcer

Giant gastric ulcer.
This single, irregular, deep giant ulcer was found in the antrum, in the lesser curvature, below the angulus. The raised smooth edge with no infiltration suggests chronicity. Multiple jumbo biopsies revealed no malignancy.
