Pseudocyst and chronic pancreatitis.
A 58-year old male with relapsing alcoholic chronic pancreatitis underwent ERCP. It revealed a dilated main pancreatic duct with irregular side radicals. A cavity filled from the pancreatic duct within the head of the pancreas, appearances being consistent with a pseudocyst.
