Inflammatory polyp of gastro-esophageal junction.
A 41-year-old male complained of epigastric and retrosternal pain. Endoscopy revealed a polypoid lesion with surface ulceration at the gastro-esophageal mucosal junction. Biopsies revealed inflammatory change, but no evidence of dysplasia or malignancy. fiogf49gjkf05
