Bilateral enlargement of the submandibular salivary glands.
A 69-year old man who presented with a two-week history of weight loss and abdominal distension. Past history of high alcohol consumption. On examination he was emaciated with enlarged salivary glands, ascites and large mass in left lobe of liver - a presumed hepatoma in a cirrhotic liver. The photograph shows bilateral enlargement of the submandibular salivary glands.
