Carcinoma of esophagus.
A 61-year old man with a 3-month history of dysphagia. The endoscopy photographs show an exophytic lesion occupying most of the lumen. The second photograph shows, on J manoeuvre, the tumor (behind the scope) protruding into the stomach. Biopsied and confirmed to be adenocarcinoma.
