GALL BLADDER CARCINOMA-IN-SITU 
Diffuse involvement of Rockitansky -Aschoff sinuses by carcinoma in situ may have a dis-quietening histology and only on a very ardent review of gross and microscopic features, will the lesion afford being separated from true invasive carcinoma of gall bladder. A pitfall worth being aware of due to the almost uniformly dismal outlook in invasive carcinoma of gall bladder.
