Impacted fish bone in esophagus, with submucosal abscess
fiogf49gjkf0d 42-year old diabetic with odynophagia for 4 days. Endoscopy showed impacted fish bone 20 cm from incisor teeth, with surrounding edema and suggestion pus pointing at a point. On removal of the fish bone, purulent discharge was evident. The patient was treated with systemic antibiotics.
