Ligation of gastro-esophageal varices (GOV 1)
Band ligation of GOV 1 varices was performed in a safety and effective way in an alchoolic Child A cirrhotic patient on secondary prophylaxis of oesophageal variceal bleeding. Revision endoscopies were done at 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months.
