Duodenal varices
A 44-year-old male, presented with an upper GI bleed.Gastroscopy showed multiple duodenal varices with signs of recent haemorrhage.Triphasic CT revealed extensive thrombosis of portal, splenic and superior mesenteric veins. Prothrombotic workup was negative.
