Self-expandable Esophageal Stent Fixation Carcinoma A 77-year old patient, known to have obestructive lung diease with pulmonary hypertension and ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy, presented with dysphagia. A barium swallow and the endoscopy showed esophageal adenocarcinoma of the lower third, extending to the cardia and proved by histopathology. Palliative management with a self-expandable esophageal stent.
