"Apple Core" lesion
This is a 62-year-old Hispanic woman who had barium enema for colon cancer screening by her primary physician. Subsequenly, a colonoscopy revealed a circumferential mass in the descending colon. Biopsy showed moderately differentiated invasive adenocarcinoma.
