Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (Osler-Weber-Rendu syndrome)59 yrs old female patient presented to us with hematemsis, anemia Hb 6g/dl, epistaxis since childhood,+ve family history for the same condition. Physical examination showed multiple telangectatic lesions in lips, tounge, hands. EGD showed multiple telangectatic lesions in stomach & duodenum, APC was done.
