Hydatid diseaseA 54 year old man admitted with appendicitis. The X-rays showed an incidental calcified lesion in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen. A faecolith and phleboliths are visible. The CT show the typical pattern of a calcified hydatid cyst in the spleen.
