Metastasis from carcinoma of the esophagusA 60-year old man with metastatic cancer from a primary lesion in the lower third of the esophagus. On examination the patient had enlargement of many of the nodes on both sides of his neck and in the submental region.
His upper lip is deformed as he presented with a metastatic deposit in the filtrum. This was excised.
