Colonic Crohn's diseaseA 51-year old man with Crohn's disease. He presented with diarrhoea and lower abdominal pain.
The CT scan shows two segments of abnormal large bowel, with bowel wall thickening, loss of definition of the serosal surface and streaky density with the pericolic fat - changes consisted with active Crohn's disease. The rest of the large bowel was normal.
