Malignant gastric ulcerThis malignant-looking gastric ulcer was histologically proven to be a composite tumour consisting of adenocarcinoma and neuroendocrine cells. The tumour had an aggressive course with liver metastases, and the patient died shortly after the endoscopic diagnosis.
